Faisal is a self driven, enthusiastic and highly interested Human Resources Practitioner with 15 years of Human Resources Management and Development experience.
Currently a Masters Degree Holder in Human Resources Management from the Middlesex University, UK and a Level 7 CIPD Diploma achiever.
Faisal have contributed by a written chapter in the Bahrain Society for Training and Development Book that is called "The DNA of Development" that discusses the latest HR Trends and best practices that people can adopt in the field of HR to make their people, Excellent Achievers.
Faisal is also serving as a researcher in a Research Group that focuses on the HR challenges that HR professionals are facing in this part of the world and how to contribute back to the society through the exploration of trends and norms that can help predict the future and identification of solutions.
