Mr. Nasser M.J. Al-Arayedh is the Chairman and Managing Director of Al Arayedh Group Holding W.L.L which is a family run business. Holding a degree in Business Administration (Honors) from U.K he has a wealth of experience in his field. Having started off his working career in U.K in Investment Banking, he later returned to Bahrain and worked with well established International Real Estate firms.
His ancestral family is one of the oldest trading families on the island which originally dealt in Pearls Trading. The Real Estate business was later founded by his grandfather Mr. Mansoor M.H. Al-Arayedh and continued by his father Mr. Mohamed Jameel Al-Arayedh. Mr. Nasser is the founder of the Al-Arayedh Group of companies and the business is ever growing. His extended family members are leaders in various Government, Banking and educational positions. A true man of ethics and clear vision, Mr. Nasser is dedicated and has a vibrant passion for business. With deep roots, historical accomplishments, financial strength, human assets, the Al-Arayedh Group is moving forward towards setting new standards of leadership. Today, Al-Arayedh Group is highly diversified.
Mr. Nasser Al Arayedh holds Honorary Government Position: Member of The Capital Governor’s Council. He is also a well known dignitary and is involved as a board member in several local and International bodies such as:

Born to a trading family in 1896, Mansour Al Arayedh a rich pearl merchant set sail to India as a young man in 1914, determined to build his fortune. Like the pearl merchants of the period, he spent 6 months during the pearling season in Bahrain, and the rest of the year for trade in Bombay. With his honest work and business acumen, he amassed great wealth over the years.
He was a member of the Pearl Committee, entrusted with the settling of pearling disputes, for he was regarded as a fair and just man and his judgments were acceptable by all. He was honoured with the British MBE in 1955 for his role in settling a national dispute.
The Al Arayedh family wealth was consolidated in later years into Al Arayedh Group Holding which is today headed by Mohammed Jameel Al Arayedh Hon. Chairman and his son Nasser Al Arayedh. According to Nasser Al Arayedh, the family owes its pre-eminent business standing to its pearling roots as well as to his grandfather’s sagacity.
Today, the Al Arayedh Group Holding (AAGH) takes pride in its modern and vibrant portfolio of business achievements which includes several joint developments of real estate projects in Bahrain such as residential compounds, office complexes and a private hospital.
