On the fateful day of the 7th of August, 1942
Serhan took his place as a citizen of the Turkish Republic.
His formal and higher education led him to join the faculty
of Business Administration as an Assistant Professor at Marmara
University in Istanbul. After two years at the University he joined
Turkish Airlines and spent three years in Finance department and then
eight years as a Flight Dispatcher in the flight operations department in Istanbul.
This was followed by five years as Station Manager in Singapore. After 16 fruitful
years he was promoted to Director for Bahrain in 2008 and have been at the helm till present.
